93-97 interior swap into a 98-02?

93-97 interior swap into a 98-02? I just got a 98 z-28 and the tan leather interior is trashed!! And a friend has a lt1 car with grey cloth. He said he would take $100 for the whole interior. So everything minus the dash. Will it swap right over into my 98?

Yes but iirc there will be a gap where his LT1 console meets up with your dash. If your just swapping all your tan parts for his grey parts(door panels, seats, carpet, plastics) its all direct swap
