Default Cool rear shot of the T/A

My buddy was over yesterday as I was helping him swap his clutch, and he's got a nice camera and took a pic of the TA that I thought was pretty cool looking...
Yes, that's the smoke 3rd brake light off ebay that is unavailable anymore.

And here's video of putting it back in the garage.

It's a Canon EOS 7D with a badass lense on it, not sure exactly what it is, and yes, same camera took both the pic and video.

The exhaust tips are actually from a SLP Powerflo setup. I thought it was too loud with my setup, so I went back to the magnaflow but kept the tips as I think they look like the stock factory ones.

Cool. At some point I'm getting a GMMG/Madhammer w/out tips, I already have magnaflow tips on the current flowmaster system I bought the car with. I never thought about different tips until I saw your pic.

Looks Great, i'm glad to see her up and running again! I've always loved your car and even more now with the all new mods. Couple questions though: Why no CETA mod, are you not a fan of em? And is there any reason your not using the clear acrylic covers for your BLS low beams?

I go back and forth with what to do with the rear of the car. I sometimes think about doing the CETA mod, but I also like the look of 6LE's rear diffuser.

As for the BLS low beams, I had issues with brackets and did some mods to it to get them to work. I wasn't a fan of the covers as I feel they just hindered the light output and aren't really neccesary.

Those tires do look mean from the rear

I think a gloss black CETA and gloss black FIREBIRD inserts would really set the back of the car off.......

I agree, that car is dying for a gloss CETA and lettering

Aww i see, im in the same boat. I'm torn between the two also, I love a CETA and really LOVE the look of 6le's rear diffuser but i hate the way it mounts so i can't decide.

Have you driven in a lot bad climatic weather with your BLS hids exposed?

Yeah, I hear you on the mounting of the 6LE diffuser. I've seen some pics where it looks flawless, but then others where it looks pretty sloppy and not due to install error, but rather it being warped somehow. I remember reading that some of the early ones were curling coming out of the molds, but he fixed it, I don't know.

Nope, no bad climate weather for me. It's a fair weather car only. Honestly, I'm not worried about it though. For the limited amount I drive my car, it'll be years before I'd worry about they getting damaged.
