Either way I'd be in for a c6 wheel. I'd prefer that over an aftermarket, my next choice being the momo Millenium wheel

 

Ive been working on putting the corprate wheel in mine for awhile now too. Ive gotten as far as obtaining spares of both steering shafts and i was gonna try to machine and weld them together. I havent been able to get much farther into it than that at the time. I know as far as airbags and electronics the F-body electronics wont fire the newer style bags due mainly to the fact they are a canbus style. The new airbag computers factor in speed and blow rates based on data they get from the sensors. Our f cars dont have the correct hardware, the older systems were impact and blow, 1 blow rate. Could it be done with alot of work? probably, would it be worth it? eh ill just eat the dash... if i wreck her i dont wanna live through it anyway lol. 6le if you beat me to making an adapter sign me up, ill buy one. Im tired of this project lol.

 

Yea just make the adapter, and show a pic of one in an fbody.
