I wouldnt use any CF wrap except 3M Di-Noc. Used it on my bike and loved it!

It wouldn't do anything to hold the cracked dash pad together if that's what you're thinking.

Smile repair dash

just take the parts of the dash off, glue them together and make a mold then fiberglass the mold.. new dash..
