Wow that's some neglect. How about swapping out those rusted wiper blades? That looks terrible. Why even let it get run down like that in the first place.

I think the shitty clear lid, is making it look worse than it is

I'm sure you did, but just checking. you cleaned the inside of the lid right?

How is this a constructive post? Maybe the guy lives in a construction area or is just busy with something more important in his life. Chill out man, anyway to the op, it looks really good its much easier to keep up with keeping it clean than cleaning it like hell after it gets that dusty.

well i got it from a guy who was pcsing for $2500 so i couldnt complain and turns out under that dirt he didnt kno it was a ls6 engine with mid tubes that mti (which im changeing to a custom aluminum 1) 3k stall hotchiks rear suspension 3:73's and a borla exhaust... wipers already been changed

Awesome deal......So instead of worrying about someone's wiper blades you found a screaming deal!!!!

That's quite the difference! Looks a lot better man.

That clear lid still looks horrible though, I would either trade it or paint it satin black asap.

Gunk engine gel then the shine I used a small brush to get the hard to reach areas..I'm going with an aluminum lid..I'm having that 1 painted flat black with LSX left clear with a red led
