its actually very light...maybe 3 or 4lbs! theres no middle suport that why it sags a little! after paint im going to make it fit very nice...probaly add a support bracket for the middle and add double side molding tape on the egdes to keep it fitting perfect.
As for the R8 lights...i love them. I had to do some mods to it for me to decide wheather i wanna keep my stock whistler HL(headlight) or the R8's! i took them apart and painted them all gloss black and made new cutoff shields! the cutoff line that these came with suck *** and is scattered all over! i also used the stock HL brackets because the are stiffer and seems more durable its also easier to adjust the HL! to make the cutoff shield i bought a alloy painting pan from Wal-Mart for $2.00 and just cut out new cutoff shields!

Don't suppose you'd like to forward on some instructions on the R8 Headlight cutoff shield thing at all would ya? The light output from those things sucks big time. How did you adjust it so they werent aimed all messed up?

There is a thread in the Lighting FAQ where a fellow member replaced the projectors in those housings with better ones.

You can use the same projector he did or any other similar-sized projector.

im really surprised as well...i was just gonna keep this to myself since i wanted to be like the only with this front lip...but i wanted some opinions on how it looks. it looks 10x better in person! i thought i was going to get my feelings hurt about how ugly my front lip is...im not a bodykit type but for the price it really makes the front look nice
