Gauge cluster background T/A to Camaro
Gauge cluster background T/A to Camaro Hey guys and gals. I have a question about the 4th gen gauge cluster background. I want to change the color of the back lighting of my gauge cluster to blue. I changed the lights in my Camaro to red. Unfortunately in the T/As the background itself is tinted red so I need to get a new background layer. The only option I know of for this is a custom background from 6LE. My question is, can I just get a background from a 4th gen Camaro Z28 or SS and swap them in my gauge cluster so my ODO is still current?
yup, i took my stockers off when i did my 6les and stuck them to my doner cluster for a wall piece. Still works tough in the car though with no distortion. Just be careful removing the overlay. Lining it ups pretty easy.
Ok awesome will do. I still don't quite know which color needles im going to go with though. I also will have to change all of the other lights too. Steering wheel, headlight switch, HVAC and im just getting a new radio.
