Default Two tone gray and black interior?

Well I was mulling this idea over and think it may look nice but then the wife says meh...so I put my horrible paint.net skills to work. Since the factory stuff is already two tone med. and dark gray I was thinking about dying just the dark gray to black and follow through on the lower door panel. What do you guys/gals think? yeh/nah

That's how I came up with this scheme, I did want it all black but its a low mileage car (34k) and the seats are near perfect plus I would loose the embossed 30th if I did a swap. Which sounds stupid since I'm willing to dye the other stuff....hummm

I think the black makes it look better.

Think this will be part of my winter project, IMO it will tie everything together better. Thanks for the support guys! Max+10, love the two tone seats...may do something like that once the stock covers gets some heavy wear. BTW did 6LE stop offering those seats? Couldn't find them on his site.

An option would be to have an interior shop wrap some of the plastics in a nicer vinyl

UPDATE: I did bring this idea to life, finally got some pics up. It came out excellent, in person it looks like a factory finish. For the radio I picked up an ebony unit in perfect condition. The camera flash shows the subtle difference in color but its hard to tell when your in the car.

I like how that came out.

i'd swap the driver black floor mat to be Grey like the passenger one so it's uniform between floortmats.

sidebar: it's great to see people trying new ideas to mod these cars besides just turning them into track cars with minimal intererior or just buying a new performance / sport sedan.

Thanks, The black rubber mat is just there for protection when I wear my work boots. Should have put the factory gray mats in for the photo...oh well.
