I just bought a 2000 SS and it has supposedly the original SS mats in perfect shape. While their definately SLP mats, the color looks more like the 97-99 lighter charcoal though. Does anyone have a 2000-2002 car that has these in Ebony and do they match your ebony carpet or are they lighter ? SLP's site lists ebony as an order option, as well dark grey. I dont wanna spend 100 bux to just end up with what I already have.

No guesses, I only wanna hear from people who have 2000-2002 cars with ebony interiors who had these mats in their car new or have purchased ebony SS mats from SLP online.

Here a pic of what I have. Its cloudy and is not showing well in the pic how much lighter they are over the ebony carpet.

I ordered ebony and they are quite a bit darker then those in that pic.

I have a set of SLP mats in mine and they are darker than that as well.

If it makes you feel any better, my 2002 (ebony) has the same looking mats that you posted. I don't have the Y2Y option for them, so I'm guessing one of the two previous owners my car had added them.

My 01 came with the same color mats as yours even though my car has ebony interior..it always seemed odd to me but that's what it came with. Even has the sticker on the door that lists the slp modifications and floor mats are listed on there

Ive got the mats listed on a passenger door too, thats why I figured these were what came in the car.

Thanks for the responses. Now I can feel comfortable ordering knowing the ebony ones match.

Yeah i think im gonna order some ebony ones too..the ones in there now aren't bad but i might as well get some that match
