CME with the stock Z28 tips..

I wanna try an alternative to the expensive SLP tips. I think some chromed stock Z28 tips on some modified pipes would look nice in the CME. Anyone got any comments? Locally I've seen many people take advantage of chromed Z28 tips in their rides. They actually look good when done rite(especially when 2 are side by side like the CME tips. Ive seen trucks, and even a mustang with a sweet setup. Wish I had pics to justify some skeptics.

i personally like z28 tips. if i ever get around to a new exhaust, i would seriously consider z28 tips, maybe its just me, but i like em alot.

That might be an alternative way to go...take a look at these:

New tips from Stainless Works

Check out the second tips from the top of the page...with the side inlets, these might be easier to mount in the center of the bumper...

lawnmanSS thats the link I was lookin for last nite bro. Thanks!! This might work. One more question does anyone know if the CME valance fits even on an aftermarket bumper cover. I had a accident and the body shop didnt replace it with a GM bumper cover, would I encounter any trouble from it ?
