Vinyl Wrap Question
So im most likely going to pull the trigger on wrapping my TA this winter. Havent decided either satin white w/ matte black top or Matte Military green w/ matte black top......... Wondering how many square feet would be enough to do the car? I was thinking 250 would be enough.... Thoughts?

im a 3m dealer and if theres any advice i can give you. use 3m1080p vinyl. its beginner proof. lol a little more expensive but as long you have an idea (watch someone wrapa vehicle would be best) you should be fine. dont try to use your hair dryer either. go get a ryobi heat gun with adjustable temp. clean your car really good. get all of the bugs and tiny particles off before you wrap because it will show in the end product.

If you have imperfections on your original paint like spider cracks, will the wrap conceal them?

it will probably show thru, remember just like anything you do to the exterior of your car whether it be plastidip paint or vinyl all the hard work comes into the prep time. take the extra time before you vinyl to at least scuff sand and maybe glaze the rock chips. It will look better in the long run.

Ive seen people fix, prime or whatever to fill those holes, chips and bends. otherwise it will show thru your wrap. imo unless the wrap is temporary, i would never touch the paint. how much more is it to paint it in matt versus wrapping? and are you going to do it your self?
