Dual cockpit for 4th gen F body?

I love the look of the dual cockpit in the 4th gen Mustang and was wondering if there is a way to modify the passenger side of a 4th gen f body into a second cockpit style?

itll take a lot of fabrication and glasswork. anything can be done for the right amount of money.
