Unhappy Car no start/ignition/crank after seat wiring mistake. Help please.

Posted in Electronics but no answer there yet so trying here.

My mechanic last year rewired my Recaro seats so my battery wouldn't die if the fans or heater was left on (an issue from initial install years ago).

Almost had a car fire because he used a tiny gauge wire yada yada. Luckily caught it before any serious damage and cut/removed the wire.

I tried to power the seats myself last night (big mistake obviously).

I took what I though was the seat power wire and experimentally (stupid) tested power in the IGN accessory port inside the door (not under hood) for a split second.

Sparked, gauges went a little nuts and now no start/crank/ignition.

I checked the Ignition relay under the hood but the ends weren't black or dark; can it be blown and not have dark ends?

Did I blow the ignition in the column or BCM? What else?

A little more info, turn the key on the gauges do not move at all and I can pop the trunk with the button (couldn't before with car on or key on).

It's almost as if the ignition in the steering column isn't recognizing that the key is being switched On

Also tested IGN relay, Starter Relay, and other related fuses under the hood. All seemed fine on the meter.

The IGN aftermarket accessory port is now NOT giving power after the spark/short. What's behind that interior fuse panel?

Thanks in advance!
