Default GM Performance Appearance Package

Hi all,
I recently got a factory performance appearance package or RS appearance package off of a wrecked car at a local wrecker yard. Does anybody have any experience with installing this package? By the looks of the way it was installed on this car, along with other "appearance" attempts the previous owner put on this car I cannot tell if it was a factory install or a mickey mouse install job.

I was not ready to see holes drilled in the rear fenders and spoiler, as I figured that the spoiler lips were just stuck on to the body.

A how to would be great esp on how to plot where the holes need to be drilled on the rear deck lid and all.

Another question. When removing the side pieces under the doors and also the piece that goes around the rear fender and bumper cover, I saw a bunch of what appeared to be retaining tabs rivited to the underside of the car. In the interest of time and limited space to work with I left them on the junker. Does anyone know if that was legit factory hardware or if it was just mickey mouse engineering.

Thanks in advance

All those tabs on the car are from the factory. They hold the top lip of the ground effects to the car. They are riveted in place.

The clips on the sides you can get form eBay for like $15 shipped, 25 in a box, you only need 8 per side. I had to replace some before. I'll try and find the part number later today.
