Brake Caliper Paint Procedure
there is alot of info on how to polish aluminum, do a search..i have posted my methods/tips many times, too.
just don't feel like typing it all out again.
read up on how to polish that caliper then just tape it off and paint the bracket..that's what i did with mine. you don't need to dissasemble the caliper jus to paint the bracket, just mask off the caliper real good after you've polished it

Just sent a set to Reckless! He should have pics of them on his car soon!Directions:
1) Take calipers/brackets off
2) Box them up and send them to me
3) Re-install upon receiving new calipers
I can set you up with polished calipers/powdercoated brackets as seen in the pic for $200 for the set of 4! That's only $50 per corner.... think about how much work that is.

You only have to rebuild the calipers if you want the caliper itself powdercoated.... because the seals can't withstand 400 degrees. That's why I offer the polished caliper/powdercoated bracket version... cheaper and looks tight. We do powdercoat the calipers and brackets but it's $300... obviously it takes more time to rebuild the calipers and the cost of the rebuild kits.
