T/A Fog Light Bulbs? Anybody know where to get a good, bright white (maybe a hint of Blue) Fog Light bulbs for 98-Up T/A's?
Also, does anybody make a sealed beam replacement bulb for the headlights with a white/blue output?

I got some new fog lights from pep boys for around $50 if i remember right. They are alot brighter, and have a LED ring on the outside that can change 7 dif. colors(some people think thats ricy). Here are some pics:

I put a set of those on my Civic, they're very easy, as far as wiring, but I think the mounting brackets are different. Seems easy enough to make them work though. I didn't think about using those.
BTW the outer ring is much more subtle that it appears in those pics, it really is a pretty cool looking effect, but if you didn't want to use them, the instructions are very clear as to which wires control which part of the bulb (the ones on the Civic have strobes built in also, but those I didn't use!)

885's What about just changing your current 27w bulbs for the 50s version? They are number 885, and it is a direct replacment. I read somewhere about melting plastic, but I had them on my last 1998 TA for 2 years, and had not one problem. Now, I can see the voltmeter drop when I turn on just my fog ligts

I replaced both my foglights with 880ST (SilverStar version) when one of them blew. It seems that only Walmart has it (AutoZone, PepBoys, and Lappens didn't have it). They are the same wattage and not much brighter, but they are a bit whiter. They were $19-$20 each.

Do not put higher wattage bulbs in stock Trans Am housings. It might last for a while, but eventually this will happen:
You can get the Blazertech or Cyberwhite bulbs which have a metal housing with a glass lens that wont melt. They are the exact same bulb with the only difference being the Cyberwhites have more of a bluer tint to them, however when theyre on, theyre both pure white.
Here is a picture of a car with the Cyberwhites off and on.
There are better lights out there like the PIAAs, but theyre really expensive. You can get the Cyberwhites at WalMart for $40 a pair. Installation is a snap, see this tutorial for instructions.

ummm... i was wondering were did u get those 7 dif. changein color lights at because i have a white and blue ws-6 and my car just doesnt look right u know what i mean its time to make it meaner by the looks and the power.........
