Yes they did! I ripped them both off and replaced them with D-profile weather strip.

I'm wondering why they even put this "weather stripping" on there at all. I wanted to save time and not polish and UV re-coat my existing lights, but it looks like I'm going to have to spend time removing the weather stripping on these and re-stripping these. Eh.

I may just send them back. I didn't buy replacement lights so I could have more work to do. I just find it hard to believe they have so many good reviews when they come looking like this.

Mine did but once installed it looked fine. Most of that stripping is hidden anyway.

Mine looked worse, about a week after being installed they look fine.
