Hey guys I want to change my old stock front grille but I do not want to get the bullet grille... I want the slp grille but it very expensive 270$ for a grille.. Does anybody have any ideas ive seen people use the meesh but not sure how that works thanks

Keep your eyes opened on the classifieds, sometimes a SLP grille pops up for a good price. I would say just paint your stock grille to match. That is what I did and it looks killer IMO. There was a guy on here who did it with his white Camaro and it looked very clean. I will search for some pics of it and update...

Update, I am not finding the white one with stock painted to match, but I found this thread with different grille ideas:

IMO the slp bow tie grille looks nice. The black with red bow tie will look good on a white car.

It's a billet grille though. We are also about to bring back these carbon fiber grilles...

^^Looks unfinished without the stripes continued on to the grille. I would either paint the stripes on or re-do them up front so they end before the grille.

Meh, colored grills look funky in general.

Black breaks up the color and gives a more aggressive look. Simple is usually better.

Great thread! I plan to remove the stocker, sand and paint it gloss black and reinstall. Should look good on U11.
