Inviso Bra thing, removal?

Inviso Bra thing, removal? Hi guys
I'm looking at buying a 00 ss, it has this invisible bra thing on the front. Thing is, it's not so invisible anymore, it was the first thing i noticed when I went and drove it today. There is this line straight across the hood and fenders and I was wondering if they come off very easily? will it screw up the paint if I take it off? Not even sure if I'm buying the car or not just wondering how hard it would be to remove it.
