Default 1993-2002 Camaro Euro Tailights

I'm looking for a set of imported/exported Euro taillights for my 1997 Camaro. Does anybody know where I could find a pair?

Your just going to have to comb through the classifieds or put up a want ad. They have been discontinued since the 97 style taillight was released as it met the EU spec of a amber turn signal. Try UK version of ebay. These lights were also on the Camaros that went to Japan.

I think there was a guy a couple months ago that listed some in the classifieds. I too want some but they're just not worth it in my mind at the going rate.

I'm with ya. They are cool, but considering how rare they are they just aren't worth the price for such a subtle mod.

Those might be "JDM" but they aren't the export lights. They're the same lights that 97+ domestic camaros got. The export lights look different and were special because they were made when the domestic lights were only red and white. Other countries required amber turn signals so they made exports.

These are export lights.

Export (mounted) versus regular LS1 lights (on ground)

IMO if an aftermarket company made a candy corn repro for us 4th gen Camaro guys, they would sell a few sets. I love them but just can't justify the crazy cost.

There's a guy on Facebook selling a set. He's a forum member on here. I told him about your thread so you might get a pm from him about the lights b.moore. I'm on the fence about spending the money on these myself as well.

I agree with that light tint job on a set of imports on the rear of your car would look great. Just like your thinking about.

I think I'm locked in on a set with him currently.

Something about the method if all you can get is shipping quotes for $250.
UPS should be able to handle that for FAR less.
I've sent product to Dubai & didn't cost 25% of that number.
