C6 shift knobs?
C6 shift *****? Whose rocking a C6 shift ****? Their not cheap but they look pretty good but after a little search I have read conflicting reports about them. A non sponsor sells them already threaded for our cars but I read theres a little plastic piece on the inside that makes them sit high. I dont want to make it any higher after installing a short stick.. Just looking for input and possibly some pictures. Thanks in advance!
I put one together a few years a go and sold it on here. The c6 **** almost fits the factory fbody threads. You get it started as straight as possible and finish cranking it down with a strap wrench, it basically threads the **** to the shifter at that point and its very tight.

Personally I think its the best fitting ****. I don't like the "que ball" ones a ton of people get. The hurst are nice but are still a bit big for my hands.

don't know why I didn't think of that. am currenty looking for a replacement for mine. I love the shape of my hurst **** but the leather is getting badly worn. it was like that when I bought it. might switch it up and get the c6 **** instead of buing another hurst one.
