Tailight Lens Fixable?

Tailight Lens Fixable? so after i fixed one of my tailights that i found at a junkyard here:

I decided to attempt at the one that originally came on my car that was sitting in the closet, Did the same exact steps until this happened:
I guess I was pulling a little too hard and it broke right down the middle, seems to be a clean break but was wondering if it was fixable by using some type of glue and whatnot, anyone?
Also, The cracking noise that people hear while seperating the lens is actually the plastic lips breaking as you pry it apart. And here is a pick of one from a 98 from sunny south florida -__________-

i like the 6l4 look, but as stated they are expensive. That sucks, mine cracked as well and the spare i have has cracks in it but hasn't cracked in half. My cheap fix is going to be vht so it should atleast look good when not lit up haha. One day ill get around to new tail lights, amn honeycombs are worth gold though.
