Default rksport front valance

Looking at ordering the rk sport front valance to replace my beat up wings west one which was put on before I purchased the car.The part number on the website says 01018001 which is the actual valance. Im not buying the whole kit but the kit says that is also comes with part number 01011002 which they call a "lip spoiler". Does anyone know if I also need to buy that lip spoiler? I dont think its necessary to bolt on the valance/front fascia but ive also never bought one of these. Just want to make sure before I order.

BTW heres a pic of the "lip spoiler" which to me just looks like a splash shield or guard than anything. Plus i believe there is already 1 under my car from the wings west front valance

Yes the air deflector is the same, stock on every f-body, you should already have it.

I THINK that their's is bigger to clear the lip so you can still direct air to your radiator...

Okay but im pretty sure my wings west valance sits lower than the rksport and last time I had it on the lift i thought the air deflector was stamped wings west as well so it may already have a slightly oversized one in it. Ill try my old one with the new bumper first and see what happens. if im running to hot because of lack of airflow ill just have to order it then, dont want t waste an additional $130 if i dont have to.

I had the rksport air deflector back when I had the lip kit on the car and yes it is definitely taller than the stock one to compensate for the lip. All I know is that without the rksport deflector on the car, it began to overheat.... be wary...
