Cold cathode light connection Hello all,
Thx for the tip guys on my last question, it helped tones! Ok so I am still trying to get this clear license plate done by myself. I have no idea what the hell I am doing, I have been looking non stop online for tips! I have a pic that I am posting of the 2 items I have for now lol! I will buy paint, put firebird sticker and stuff myself but I have no idea how to connect these lights close enough to the front license plate bird so it can light up, Plus the wire on the lights I bought are super short. I thank you for all your advice and suggestions as well.

Im kind of confused by your question.. If i were making one id just mount the cold cathodes on each end of the plates. With such a tight confined space they should light up that bird easy. As far as wiring you are just going to have to splice longer wires to it, thats a given. I would make sure that when you are done that you put some weather stripping around the back edges of the plate so it protects your lights and inside of the plate from the elements
