Need help with 2002 SS interior Hey F-Body fam! I've had my '02 Camaro now for about a month, and I freaking love it. Exterior was in near perfect condition, and really low miles, so it's pretty kicking! However, the original owner had purchased it from a rent-a-car company (Which was the "first owner") and the interior is completely falling apart. Like literally every piece is either really scratched, cracked, etc...
Sooo I've been looking to buy a whole new interior but I really don't want to buy every piece separate since just the SS door panels are a good $500 new, and the console is another $100 or so. I know when my dad restored his '69 Camaro he was able to just buy a kit that came with every single interior piece in the entire car and all the hardware for about $1200. Is there anything like that for an '02? I've tried google everywhere for weeks and can't find any "complete kits" anywhere?
I really just need all the plastics and door panels since I'm planning to change the carpet to red and add racing seats anyway. Any help would be appreciated, or maybe a better idea than a complete kit, I don't know. I've never been that good at fixing things lol

Nobody sells a kit. However, You can purchase new interior panels, alot if the switches and trim pieces, consoles ect. I would call hawks thirdgen. They sell both new resto interior parts as well as having a large fcar graveyard. Classic Camaro is another source for replacement interior parts. If you have the dark grey interior, the color is Ebony. Check and double check the stuff you get is that color. Dark grey plastic parts from or for a 93-96 or 97-99 are lighter than the 00-02 ebony that is nearly black.
The other thing I would consider is any upgrades you may want to do. The factory seat covers kind of suck. Instead of buying replacements or replacement seats, I'd get custom covers made - there are some vendors making really nice aftermarket replacement covers now. Door panels, if it's just the carpet/cloth/vinyl that's tore up, I'd look into recovering with stuff from Redline (vendor on here).
My point is, look through the threads, ask some specific questions about pieces that are shot, and use this as a point to upgrade and potentially save money. Also watch the FS threads as nice cars are parted out often, and you may be able to pick up several panels for cheap....usually the panels don't seem to sell too quickly.

I sanded down and painted a bunch of interior parts. Air Vents, Center Console, Radio Bezel, Gauge cluster cover bezel. rocker panel inserts.

I had a trashed interior in my 1995 Z28 so I slowly started buying all the interior parts needed to convert it to 98-02 camaro leather interior. I got the interior parts from places like ebay, forums and local junk yards. You can save yourself a lot of money buying low mileage interior parts rather than new ones. Most expensive parts for me were the leather seats.
