The top executives of Los Angeles and Long Beach said after the tentative coastwide contract was reached that the ports would be back to normal operation in 90 days, or about the middle of May. While it is still too early to officially revise that date, terminal operators say that if the improvements continue, they may be back to normal operations by late April to early May.

I was told shipping time was approx 2 weeks by Valerie. I didn't really believe it but was hopeful it would be within 4 weeks. Now I just would like to have it sometime before summer ends. 
Just spoke to Valerie and she has said the container is in the final inspection stage.
So according to her they should receive the shipment sometime early next week.
Then of course add the shipping onto that and we should *hopefully* have it!

I know most of you have been waiting for quite some time and I understand if you would like a refund, but keep in mind I do have other people waiting and I do have limited quantity. As you can tell the ETA on the third break lights keeps pushing back, and I do not have much control over that. All I can tell you is that the break lights are at the port, they have gone through last inspection, and now it just needs to go through customs. Alright bad news everyone..
She found out yesterday that the shipping container will not be released due to security issues out of their hands.. So she is issuing refunds to everyone and just needs you to send her an email. She is currently working on an email to send to everyone so expect to get one, (I told her to just process mine while I was on the phone with her, and will update once I get mine).
Some small good news however, they sent the schematic to a new manufacturer since they were having issues with the previous one and they plan to still bring them back since there is still profit to be made from these... (Obviously this will take many months which is why I decided to refund me now in case something else comes up).
Don't shoot the messenger
EDIT: Refund hit my credit card, so at least we know it wasn't all a scam. I'll definitely still buy one once they all come back in stock.
