No longer for sale but still listed on the website. 
Apparently, the cargo shipment isn't being released and Valerie is issuing refunds. There was a suggestion that another supplier could produce a similar product. The wait continues.

Some businesses do this as a way to buy time and have extra money from month to month - think of it functioning like a 0% interest loan. Some customers may not get refunds, too, depending on the method of payment and if they can be contacted at all. This company has been accepting orders since late 2014-early 2015 and has had 0 proof to show that a fresh supply exists in the first place.

ZexGX, covered one aspect, but you can also look at mail-in-rebates: other than the high percentage that don't mail it in, the money is sitting in investment for a few months then they give you your rebate and pocket the interest earned.

Update!
I guess they finally got through the backlog of the cargo containers.
I just got a call from them stating I'm still on the list and if I still want the smoked 3rd brake light. Or course I said F-ing A, so hopefully this isn't a bad joke after all. Said it should arrive by the end of the week.
