a friend of mine bought some nice OEM seats and realized they were for a coupe and he has a convertible, I told him the fronts were OK but in the rear of the convertible, the seatbelts are part of the seatback but not on the coupes, his question is can he take the cloth from the coupe rear seatback and put it on the convertibles? Providing he has to cut the fabric where the seatbelt goes. Thanks.

The back of the seats are exactly the same, just need to change the seat belt guide, I have 02 coupe front and rear seats in my 96 vert.
