Plasti Dipped my TT2's

Saw another member on here try this and loved the look so i talked myself into trying it. Heres the results.

Looks good! I sprayed my daily's wheels about a year back, and they've held up really well. Just had a flat repaired, and that messed one up a little, but I think a quick touch-up will even fix that.

I have the ram air section of my hood plasti-dipped black, but I think I'm going to remove it and re-do it with the black, metalizer, and glossifier.

Curious how you got the plasti off just the lip part? Did you tape it prior to make your line?

I tried plasti dipping my tt2s and that **** just did not want to go on evenly. Any tricks? It either wasn't going on thick enough or going on way too thick and running/bubbling. I'm not bad at spray painting things by any means either but the consistency of that stuff was awful.
