Open your rear hatch and pull off the plastic inner trim piece. There are four (I believe. Might be six) nuts, just remove them and then disconnect the third brake light connector on the driver side. After that, lower the hatch until it locks. Pull up gently, but firmly, on the oem spoiler and it will pop off. Install is reverse of removal.

Yes. I like to use a long wide flat putty knife or equivalent metal piece to pry the plastic shroud away from the bottom of the hatch. You may not feel comfortable with the amount of pressure needed to remove it but just pull it and it will come off.

FYI the 3 piece is not really something you remove unless you are planning to have some body work done at the same time.. You're going to have holes in your quarter panels.

If your adding the SS spoiler make sure you pick up some 3m double sided automotive tape and cut to size of the SS posts to tape them to the spoiler and hatch so the posts won't rub the paint off the hatch

What I would do after cutting the tape to the the size of the post is to go ahead and prefit the spoiler on and bolt it down, then get some thin masking tape and mark the edges of the area the posts cover. Then remove the spoiler, peel off one side of the 3M tape for the posts and attach it to the hatch within the area you have marked by the masking tape. Then just before installing the spoiler for good peel the other half of the double sided tape off and place the spoiler in place.
