Rear seat latch

Rear seat latch Removed all the hardware from my rear seat (seat belt hookup, latch and post at the bottom). Removed old seat cover. Put on new 6LE seat cover. Installed seat belt hookup and post at the bottom.
On the latch, the center is a bolt, to the right of it is a plastic nub that goes in the seatback.
However the spring itself has an arm that sticks out.
I forgot to take a picture or look when the seat cover was off, but where does the spring arm go? Directly into the fabric then a small hole in the seat back?
Can someone post a picture of their existing one?
