My car came with the ground effects kit I have taken off the skirts the front and the rear lips. But have yet to remove the little lip on the spoiler and the pieces on the quarters, I know the pieces on the quarter un bolt but not sure about the lip part????

lip part is bolted as well I believe... take off the rear hatch molding from inside just to be sure..

the little pieces on the sides are bolted with 2 bolts each (one of them is a PITA to remove)

Lip is part of the spoiler deck, they are NOT coming apart without damaging each other. Pretty sure that part of the RS kit actually works. They look pretty good IMO once the gap is filled and blended to the body. Instead of looking like lego rice glued together.
