How to get rid of the pipe/cigar smell in a car???

Yeah I'm a member there, post quite a bit. I currently own a 1992 SC300/5 speed manual. Car currently has 99,600 miles, a bit queasy about running this car over 100k, as its pretty damn nice, it had 59k on it when I bought it back in 2011, it was one of those "old man" 1 owner cars, garage kept, just spectacular condition sort of cars. I still love my car, but yeah it is a driver, not a museum piece, I do drive it it on long trips.
Last trip was up to "The Tail of the Dragon", aka US 129", car was awesome in that trip. I caught and passed a Subaru/Scion BRZ up the hill. I did some screaming speeds both up and down that mountain, yet the stock brakes, with fresh pads, turned rotors and fresh fluid were adequate on the mountain, both up and down.
Anyways, I was thinking about pursuing a career in real estate, which would require a 4 door car. Decided against that though.
