Default RKSport install

will be installing a RKSport gille.

where is everyone placing the black plastic insect screws? pictures if you have.

also what other methods has everyone used to hold the grille in place?

i just got mine in today. thinking of maybe not installing the mash grills they give you. maybe better air flow? idk. just an idea.

I used 3m double sided tape on mine. Been on the car for 2+ years with no problems.

Just got it at the auto parts store. It was 3M emblem tape.

There's enough resistance in installing it that I think using the included mounting tabs is best to get it to fit flush. I've had mine installed for years and I'm attaching pics of where I installed my mounting screws. ...and yes, these things take a beating from rocks! The flash makes it look worse than it is, but those are all rock chips!

Thanks for the pictures. In up and down on whether or not to install the mash grill they give you or go with a diff mash. Something more open. I'm going to poweder coat whatever mash I use in black. My car is red.

Fixed the orientation of the pics and added one the whole front end. I actually like the mesh in silver...sets it apart from the stock grill IMO and I really am all about the blacked out look, but the silver looks nice IMO. But since your car is red, the black powdercoat will look nice too!

Had a CF one but it didnt fit the opening of my 6LE bumper,,, man I was disappointed!
