Default Finally back in an Fbody! Now to mod!!

finalky I’m back in a 01 Trans Am with only 60,000 miles. 6 speed, ls6 intake, cam, long tubes. 4.10 gears, line lock, and a few more goodies. What should I do first?

I think the ceta mod would look pretty good on that car

I'd ceta mod it, but honestly on a red car I'd leave the tails alone.

Number one would be to paint those Lime green calipers to red.

I'm a big fan of removing the molding and Trans Am badges from the doors. Nice a clean looking.

get rid of the wheels that are on it. I would also make sure everything was done correctly with the cam swap. Somebody I know (me) lost a motor due to some shady work

Nice car! Looks to be clean.

Depending on how long the cam setup has been installed, or for piece of mind, you may want to put a new valve spring set in it.

The catback being a single tip looks strange on a T/A (personal opinion). Maybe do a nice twin tip catback in stainless to replace what looks to be the aluminized Flowmaster system.

A little update... I did another two stage buff on the car. The first go around I did not have the correct pads for what the paint needed. Tinted my tails. Got abs inserts for the Pontiac in the rear bumper. Did the ceta in satin black. Ordered black w/ polished lip

deep dish C5 wheels 17x9.5 18x10.5. Ordered new tires Nitto nt555. Ordered new 4” dual exhaust tips. I can’t wait for them all to come in. Moving my line lock to the ash tray too. The car is coming along nicely!

Red with the CETA mod looks so good and it looks even better with the larger exhaust tips

Black blackbird stripes
Black firebird on front plate
Delete side moldings
Paint calipers red or black and aesthetically you're good to go. (aside from a set of CCWs)
