Interior plastic color

Interior plastic color I have an 01 SS with “Medium Gray” fabric interior.
Im looking to get new seat covers, as well as new door panels.
I understand “graphite” “Ebony” and whatever other colors out there are indeed different shades: but when we say they’re different shades, does that mean the leather parts only? Is the plastic portion all the same color?
basically, I want to be able to match the door panel plastic to the black that the rest of the car has
