Default Hockey Stripes

Who likes spreewell versus the short hockey stripe? Who makes the best of each? Let's get a poll going and I'm ordering something tomorrow.

If by spreewell you mean the long ones, then I'd go with those.

Spreewell, definately.

While the shorter ones look more like the original hockey sticks, they don't fit the curves of the LS1 camaro at all. Spreewell stripes fit the car much better. If you want, you can even cut them short to look more like the original.

Since I don't know the difference
This is what we put on ours got them from 3rd gen decals, I know the hubs been very happy with them, I think they even sent two of the mantas for the hood since they can be so tricky to put on.

I got my short ones from there too, I love em ! and I'm getting the Mantas to go on my newly purchased SS hood......Jay is the tops at 3rd gen, mine came with lots of extra decals to use like rear panel inserts and other HP rating decals....excellent vendor and product!!

If anything get the Spreewell type. On the Spreewell cars they flow with the contours of the LS1. Mine are painted and were done over 2 yrs ago...IMO, the ones that don't flow with the fender or are short look out of place. FWIW, I put mine on when no one else had them, now there are just too many cars slapping whatever on the side and calling it "nice." Played out comes to mind.

I can't stand the long ones. The front piece is way to laid back and has an ugly curve and just doesn't do ANYTHING for me or the car. I went with the short ones like the 1st gens had. I also did the new manta on the hood. Got mine from 3rd Gen Decals as well.

I'm getting ready to order the long ones fom 3rd gen decals for my 99. They seem to flow better with the car's body lines.

Definitely the longer ones. They flow better with the 4th gen bodystyle.

I do like the laid back look of the long ones (front part) i just want one with that layback up front and stops where the short ones do...Might have to have a custom stripe made...
