Dash Pad Grille

Hi all:

I am new here. I have a 1998 WS6 T/A Convertible and a 2000 Camaro Z28 Convertible. Looking for a part or where to find it. I need an ebony dash pad grille. It is the little grille in the middle of the dash pad under which the headlight sensor lives. I can't see m to find it sold separate from the dash pad. This is for the 2000 Camaro but I suspect it is the same part for the 98-02 Camaro and Firebirds.

It's not a separate piece, the dash pad is all one piece!

That’s what I was afraid of. Wondering how just the grille is missing. Looks to be a snap from n piece as a nicely cut out hole in the top of dash. I just got this car.

I seen where a black wire mesh screen was used in place of the grill

That’s what is there now. Not sure why it was cut out. I looked st my TA and you are right, all one piece. Plus the LED for the alarm is in there.

ill find s used ebony dash pad in good shape.
