I had to google image search that.
Are you talking about the little plastic clips in the bottom right of this pic?
I've never seen those before. Mine are only held in with that one screw in the middle and have been that way since leaving the factory.

I think they're more for alignment, not so much to hold it in place. My Firebird didn't have them (likely lost when someone took it off) but mounted just fine w/ the screw. Hit up a junk yard with a screwdriver, see what's out there?

I believe I have zero or only one on the passenger side of my 98 TA. Seems one or both were broke when I removed that trim piece. However, here is a link to some you may be able to use if you reduce the diameter and length a bit.

I've had my car since new in 2001. I've changed window motors since then. I don't remember ever seeing those pins. I had my door panels off a few weeks ago to change speakers and these pins weren't there on either door. I think you are fine without them.
