Default ? About 3M SMR & My Next Step

Got some parts painted, put them back on the car, and then took the car back to get the parts wet sanded. I noticed a couple days after I got it back that there were some scratches. I applied Z5, even though the 3m was suggested here, just to see what it would do to them. The spoiler looks fine, but the top part of the rear bumper, the part you could theoretically sit on, looks bad in certain light. It looks like it has horizontal scratches completely across the surface, and in a few places, up near the tail panel, there are places that look dull in certain light, kind of hazy like a smear. I clayed the top of the bumper and then used the 3m SMR w/ a foam pad w/ a 2600 rpm 10 inch orbital buffer. Some of the minor scratches came out, but the dull smear places still are visible. What can I try now w/o screwing up the pretty new paint? I would take it back, but I think the guys are pissed off at me already b/c I already took it back once b/c of something in the paint. Thanks.

You paid for it, take it back until it is right.
