Nearly all forums have gotten much quieter over the last few years (I'm on multiple and at least one is nearly dead). Many people have switched to Facebook and its groups instead. However, Facebook is too transient. Information doesn't stick around and isn't searchable. You don't have the wealth of knowledge or community there like you have here and on other forums.

perfect summary I think ls1tech should do an instagram to attract more back but the info is invaluable
