Custom Leather Interior- What do you think?

On resale.......... As far as make or break on a fair priced used f body I think you will be fine. But if it's a concern pick up a second seat of seats to have recovered and store the originals.
I don't think 4th gens will ever see collector values outside of ultra rare cars like sunoco wide bodies or blackbirds. So I think you are safe to make the interior your own
For resale, on a car this old I don't think they will make any negative impact. So what if they aren't original, its a upgrade from cloth and the more important part is if the seat foam is good and the metal frame is still tight and all controls work. If someone is trying to knock down the price because of the seats, it's their loss. The overall design of the car will look great and flow well with this design in my opinion. I agree with the red stitching, seems out of place unless you will be putting some red accents in other places (just the SS logo and brake calipers don't seem to sell the red in my mind). Still, its your car. If you are planning of getting rid of it in 2+ years you'll have to balance the cost of doing this well to enjoyment of it. If your keeping the car or intend to keep it for a long time do what makes you happy and enhances your time with it!

Also, I would definitely do the perforated leather (as apparently shown in post #9), both for ventilation as well as appearance (non-perforated just looks like vinyl to me). And I wouldn't do the shifter boot in white (leave it black IMO).
Overall, I don't see the arrangement in post #9 as being "too wild" at all. The more custom you make any car the more it could potentially alienate future buyers, but this isn't so over the top as to be instantly polarizing with predominantly negative reactions IMO. Just don't expect to ever recover the cost of doing this - like most modifications, especially those related to appearance, you'll eat much of the investment if/when you sell the car.
Points taken and I think I would prefer it. She had mentioned that the perforated isn't as rugged/reliable as the non-perf. I'll ask her again.
Have you considered playing with putting the CAMARO below or above the SS? If separating them seems even more busy, then perhaps changing the color of CAMARO to black would help, and if you still want a splash of color you could go back to outlining the SS in red (vs. silver) like in picture #9.
But you are definitely on the right track with the font change IMO.

I'd do a smaller SS though. From a distance, these look messy too IMO:

I also just realized that this matches very nicely with my instrument cluster decals. The tiny SS does have a red outline.
