Post LMC Truck housing install with Sealight LED's with photos

I've been all over these forums for info and the LMC stuff is always on here but with not enough info... I figured I'd contribute.

Low beam housings 150 mm pn # 36-0303 Bulb type 9006-xs comes with pigtail and halogen bulb. Glass lens with diffuser.
High beam housings 150 mm pn # 36-0302 Bulb type 9005-xs comes with pigtail and halogen bulb. Glass lens no diffuser.
I opted to switch to led lights to match my fogs. I was recommended from a friend who had good luck with Sealight brand led's. 880 for fogs, 9006 for lows and 9005 for highs. The only issue that's not "bolt in" is the fact that the heat sink on the led's is too large in diameter for the headlight buckets, the depth is not an issue. There are 2 existing holes top and bottom on the headlight buckets. I used a uni-bit to enlarge them to 1/2" and then an airsaw with a thin blade to cut around the tabs and meet an the enlarged holes. After that de-burr the cuts and a fresh coat of black paint on the exposed raw metal (prevent rust) and all is bolt in after that. Just connect and heat shrink the pigtails and plug them in(funny enough, the colors match). There is a ballast type box on the sealight bulbs that needs to be mounted as well, you can see in the pics where I put mine as not to get caught up in any of the moving parts.

Hopefully this will help someone else out that might not be as savvy to take on blind.

I did the same with some cheap ebay LED's and they work fine. No flashes from other drivers.
