What are the differences between the H4351 and H4703 headlights?
Are you trying to fit 1993-1997 Camaro headlights on a 1998-2002 Firebird or vice-versa?
Which car are you trying to install headlights? If you want for the 1998-2002 Firebird, you can get LMC Truck housings and use upgraded bulbs in them. There are threads on this.
EDIT: I just saw that they do have a LED version now of H4701/H4703, but I don't see output shots and don't know how they compare to other options. Some of the pics show 4x6 though which is wrong. The description also says that this fits both, which is also wrong since you need separate low beam and high beam patterns. The description also says that it has H7 connectors. However, they have a video showing these installed. The video shows the output. They basically install the same light in both spots and aim the high beam higher. Also, these have a fog beam pattern without a central hotspot. That may be passable for a low beam in city driving, that's not good enough for a high beam on the highway or rural roads. Although these are better than the original sealed beams, I'd like to see these compared to the LMC truck housings with upgraded bulbs or drop-in LED. Anyone want to try a comparison?

9011/9012 bulbs are designed to replace 9005/9006 bulbs. They fit some headlights on different cars without modification. On some, small trimming to a tab on the bulb lets them fit in. They fit on my mother's 2015 CR-V without any trimming.
Low Beam: 9006 (or 9012)
High Beam: 9005 (or 9011)
I have the LMC Truck High Beam housings with LED (I have HID Projectors for Low Beam).
Spacing is tight behind the headlights so make sure not to get LED bulbs that are too deep or too wide.
