Caliper shavings + paint
Alright a couple of months ago I got prostars and shaved down the calipers to fit. Now like a moron I didn't cover the car and ended up having to wait a couple of days to wash it Now parts of the car are real gritty feeling. The mirror housings and doors especially.
Months from now I plan on having the car repainted anyways but is there anything to do now?

like absolut_speed said wash claybar and wash again. then wax it cuz you won't have any left on the car after you claybar it. Good luck and take ur time.

Like everyone else said, wash-claybar-wash-polish...and if you still have issues you can use an old detailers trick, enamel reducer. That stuff will take just about anything off and does not effect the clearcoat. You just have to make sure you wax or polish afterwards because it will strip it all off.
Good Luck
