Default Sequential turn signals on Trans Am

I recently installed the Trans Am sequential turn signals on my ‘02 Hawk. I really like how it modernizes the look of the car. I had a trans am years ago with these installed, so I had to get them again. I think it’s worth every penny for one of those “appearance” mods. Next thing will probably be front LMC headlights to update the front end.

Anyways, I made a video clip to show you how they look. Let me know what you think!

I really like what you did. Nice going and nice simple video. I have those 'stock' on my '14 GT and enjoy them.

I've had them for at least 10 years. I just want to get a new adjustable flasher to slow them down.

They don’t seem to blink that fast, and you want to slow them down more?

That is the kit I have been sporting in my 1999 LS1 T/A since 2008, but I had the same kit in my previous LT1 Trans Am. Originally bought around 2002. I converted the outer 194 bulb to a regular (3157?) bulb that works as a running lamp and turn signal.

Yes I would like to slow them down more but I found a better flasher, I have not installed it yet.

Excellent idea, I had no idea you could change the 194 to a 3157. I'm guessing you had to find sockets as well?

Yes, I actually drilled out the hole with the shape of the inlet of another 3157/3057 socket where the 194 bulbs go. Then, when I got my LS1 Trans Am, I just transferred the whole harness with the sequential modules from the LT1 to the LS1, again drilled out the outer bulbs and that is how is has been since 2008. The bulb also allows for an even illumination of the whole taillights, unlike factory, where the outer bulb (194) makes the outer parts look a bit dimmer, makes a lot of difference at night.
