High Rise T/A rear spoiler on convertible???

This maybe a stupid question but
Will the high-rise Trans Am rear spoiler fit on a convertible Trans Am
I've never seen one on a convertible
Probable a good reason why
I just don't know what that reason is

If you are talking about the 4th gen T/A, then no. You can get it to fit if you “Trim” the “Points”(The parts that wrap around the glass towards the front of the car) off. I’ve seen it done. Google images “4thgen hardtop spoiler on convertible”, and you will find what you are looking for. I’ve adapted a few of these to fit (I was a bodyman at a collision repair shop for a little over 20 years.). I’ve also adapted a few 4th gen spoilers to work on 3rd gen’s.
