Looks sweet, I like the black brackets, just don't know if I would on a red car.

polished/chrome hotchkis stb i've got me a red one and am thinking about going bling! especially if you have a red car can you post up! i want to see if the black mounting thingy's go well with a red car or an off colored (non-black) car.

Well........Sorry, but I don't have a red car nor a non-black car............but I do have the polished STB. The mounting brackets are powder coated a nice gloss black on the polished STB and would look fine on your red car. They probably are black on the Red one too but I don't know for sure. They are small and are not that noticable as you attention is drawn to the polished STB rather that the brackets IMO.

SS LS1 - the red stb's have red brackets. I'm just wondering how the black brackets look on a red engine bay. Your engine is sweet btw.

Bought it Polished, for *cough* way to much, and then decided it wasn't shiny enough, and had it chromed *cough*cough*......fast way to blow some money.........Chrome the powdercoated one, you start out cheaper and the powdercoat will come off under the prep, I did all three pieces.......looks great though in person....
Like Greg, I think there is quite a bit of difference between chrome items and polished items...and since most things in my bay are polished already, I'll stick with that, and if I get one of these, I'll just order a new one already polished.
