Paint and Prep $1600.00, this was to finsh work on back side where pipe would meet hood, prep hood, prep fenders because they have to be blended and the grill up front.
There are cheaper places to get it painted, but I wanted it to look factory, and around here in charlotte, that was the best I could do for a factory type paint job and doing the work on the hood. No need to bash me, When I had my fiero painted, www.perigee.net/~Lunapark, that was $6000.00, so the $1600 was good enough for me.

I want to clairify again, The money spent on the paint work, was in large part some work they did on the other side, because where the box that hangs down for the ram air section, was cut (see www.perigee.net/~lunapark/engine.html) to make room for plumbing. Otherwise the paint job would have been about $900. Fitment was small adjustments to the hinges toward the windshield.

Paint and Hood I had been thinking that I wanted to come up with a paint theme on the car and after I saw the hood on the car, I get closer and closer to thinking I like it just as it is.
