Door Panel pops off

Ok bought a 99 T/A almost a month ago and everytime I shut the passenger door the panel pops off from the rear part of the door. I tried taking the door panel off and reinstalling it but it keeps doing it and no matter how I put it back on it pops off. Any ideas?

Do I need to get new window seals and see if that helps?

That would explain it, but when you are reinstalling it, are you making sure that all the little hooks go in the holes properly, to prevent the panel from coming off?

Only one of the hooks was broken off and it was towards the front at the bottom. And yes I'm making sure the hooks go in the holes.

So is it still not fixed then? Is the top of the panel hooked on to the top of the door? If you are not super familiar with hanging door panels, it can be tricky at first.

hmmm after giving it a closer look it appears the inside window seal on the door is bent in one spot... and I know those things never straighten back out so looks like I'm ordering new seals... (might as well do the outside seal while I'm at it)
